  1. The handset provided for the upgrade request should pass the Elementary Level Scan (ELS) as per Lava's Standard Warranty conditions at the time of physical inspection at the Service Centre. Please refer https://www.lavamobiles.com/terms-and-conditions#standard-warranty-1year for more details.
  2. Liquid Damage, Physical damage & tempered handsets will be eligible for RAM/ROM upgrade only after those handsets are repaired as per Lava out of warranty service policy.
  3. Normal wear and tear on plastic surfaces and all other external exposed part not amounting to crack is eligible for RAM/ROM Upgrade.
  4. Old PCBA which was extracted from customer handset to be submitted to ASP for E-waste & environment related compliance purposes.
  5. Post RAM/ROM upgrade, balance warranty will transfer as per the original device.
  6. The responsibilities for the personal data loaded in the device is of the customer alone. Customer shall be liable to take the backup of stored data on his own, before device submission at the service center. Any loss (es) of data during service shall not be responsibility of LAVA.
  7. Terms and conditions are subjected to change from time to time as communicated by company for all LAVA products, accessories, cosmetic parts or any other component(s) of the aforesaid LAVA products.
  8. Lava holds discretion to withdraw the offer at any point of time without any prior notice or liability to the Customer.
