LAVA launches festive consumer offer - “365 days Screen Replacement” for LAVA smartphones and feature phones

New Delhi, September 16, 2016: LAVA International Limited, one of the leading and fastest growing Indian multi-national companies in the mobile handset industry today, introduced a special consumer offer ahead of this festive season to add to the joy of celebrations across India. The company announced that on purchase of every LAVA mobile phone, either a feature phone or a smartphone - purchased between September 15, 2016 and November 15, 2016 (both days inclusive), the customers will be entitled to avail a one-time mobile screen replacement. The offer is applicable only in case of any mobile screen breakage within 365 days from the date of purchase, for purchases made during the offer period.

This offer comes at the back of a strong retailer and service network of over 1,25,000 retailers and 950 service centers, marking its presence even in the remotest parts of country such as in Leh region as well in Andaman & Nicobar Island. Through its robust systems and processes, LAVA boasts of delivering one of the quickest turn-around-times in the mobile handset industry to resolve customer service related cases.

In case of mobile screen breakage, customers need to visit any LAVA authorized service centre in person to avail this offer. Customers must possess original proof of purchase, identity proof and a valid contact number. For availing replacement of mobile screen under this offer, customers need to pay labor charges of Rs.250/- for smartphones and Rs.150/- for feature phones.
