You may at time wish your phone was marginally faster. This is especially true for gamers and power users who put performance of their device above everything else. Here are a couple of ways anyone can speed up their Lava Android device. Remove Superfluous Apps, Widgets and Wallpapers When you install too many apps on your phone, there is a chance that the phone will slow down a bit due to the extra memory that these apps require. You should periodically check your apps and ask yourself if they really are being used or if you installed them just for noveltys sake. Live wallpapers as well as too many widgets on the screen can also slow down the device. Use a static wallpaper and remove any non-vital widgets. Disable any non Vital Processes Many of the apps installed on the phone start up with the phone itself. This can drastically slow down a phone. In order to see which apps are running in the background, you should check out the Apps section in Settings and then swipe to the Running tab. If you see any apps here that arent being used you should either uninstall the app or disable them. Check App Synching You should also check if there are apps that are being synched in the background and if you actually need data to be synched. If you do not need data synchronisation you should turn it off and speed up your phone considerably. Simply go to Settings then Data Usage and scroll down to see how much data each app uses. You can then tap the menu capacitive button and uncheck the Auto-sync data option to stop data synchronisation. Clean the App Cache As you use apps, they tend to build up a cache of info that slows down smart phones. This cache has to be regularly deleted as they start building a cache from the moment they are used. To individually delete an apps cache, go to Settings and then select Apps and select the apps and click on the Clear Cache button. You can also install an app like App Cache Cleaner from the Google Play Store which will simultaneously delete the cache from all your apps. Free Space on the Phones in-built Memory When a phones in-built memory or internal memory starts to get filled, it tends to slow down. You should clean up this space wither by deleting unwanted files and apps or expand the storage space on a device via a microSD card. You can then choose to save all media like music, videos and pictures to the memory card and you can all choose to install apps on the card. Apps in the phones internal memory can be transferred to the external memory by going into Settings and choosing Apps, then individually selecting the apps. For more info visit: LAVA 000

Actually, an unknown app has got downloaded in my lava pixel v1 but I’m nt able to uninstall,or deactivate or force stop it. So please, I request the lava team to give me some idea through my email ID …that how I can uninstall it….this app is being not shown in main screen also….but it is showing in Settings Reply
