Lava Mobiles fuel Series has become the epitome of a smartphone that offers a long lasting battery in the budget segment. The first phone in the series, Iris fuel 50 exemplified what a smartphone should offer in terms of battery life. The Iris fuel 60 took what the fuel 50 was offering to customers, and improved upon them in every possible way. The Iris fuel 20 was designed to offer an even bigger battery than the fuel 60, but at a lower price point.

The Iris fuel 50 offered a remarkable 3000 mAh battery which was much larger than any other phone in its price range. The Iris fuel 60 took things a notch higher by offering a 4000 mAh battery. The Fuel 20 took things to another level altogether with a massive 4400 mAh battery.

The Lava Iris fuel 50 has a reasonably compact 12.7cm (5.0) display with a resolution of 480×854 which is the same as that of the new Fuel 20. The fuel 60 offers a 5 inch HD display which looks absolutely fantastic. The display is also fully laminated which improves its touch responsiveness considerably.

Both the phones, fuel 50 and fuel 60 come with excellent levels of screen protection. The fuel 50 comes with Asahi Glass while the fuel 60 comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

In an effort to lower the price, the Lava Iris Fuel 20 offers a very capable 5 MP camera while the Lava Iris fuel 50 offers buyers an impressive 8 MP camera that takes excellent pictures as well as video. The Lava Iris fuel 60 once again, raises the stakes by offering a 10 MP primary camera which will impress even the staunchest of critics.
