The Domestic smartphone mobile company Lava launches its first Company – Owned Customer Service center in India which is located in Noida, where the customers will be able to experience and view the repair of their handsets completely in front of them. It will be a one-stop destination which is to provide over the counter, mobile hardware and software resolutions to the customers. It is also the first smartphone brand to launch all-women operated service center in India while providing exceptional customer experience.

The front-end repair service of mobile handsets speaks a volume about LAVA’s brand promise of their trust and reliability – ‘Never Lets You Down’.

With this feature, users can experience company’s latest mobile handsets, locate other service centers, and have an exhaustive look at the spare – part which is used in the phone, use the self-help for software updates at software kiosk and can buy the handset accessories.

Strongest service network across India

Lava Mobile Company is all set to launch around 20 company-owned service centers across India by mid-2018 and Lava’s Company – Owned service center will be having the fixed locations and standardized infrastructure for providing the uniform customer experience.

As LAVA has the strong customer service network across India, which is close to 1000 service points and marks its presence even in the remotest part of the country such as in Leh as well as in Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
