Here are the steps to do it. Visit your nearest Aadhaar Registration Centre and get the Aadhar Update/Correction form from there. You can also download and print the form from the UIDAI website. Fill in your details and mobile number you want to register and submit it at the centre. Enter your Aadhaar number and complete the Captcha verification to request an OTP. This is important! The OTP will be sent to the number you linked first time with Aadhaar.
