The 2 Years Warranty will be activated automatically on purchase (on applicable devices).
Please know that when you insert your SIM in a new device, you will receive an SMS which will have an ‘OK’ option. Once you select ‘OK’, you will receive the following SMS:
“2 year warranty is active on MODEL NAME IMEI 999999999999999. Warranty for TP/LCD-1 year, Accessories-6 Months TnC apply-18602007500/www.lavamobiles.com”
For existing handsets which meet the criteria, the Warranty is already active.
Please know that only the models mentioned in Point No. 1 are covered under Two Years Warranty. If your device is not a part of the list, it is not eligible for the 2 Year Warranty.
